Sticky Story will not sell, trade, or supply your information to anyone. The Shop part of this website collects personal information when you shop and register there. This information will be used to inform you of new products, sample sales, or updates on our site. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time. When you place an order through this website, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address and credit card number. We will use this information to fullfil your order and to communicate with you about it.

This includes illegal reproduction of work, copy, content and items that are available for purchase through the store. All products are protected by copyright. Copying is prohibited. Sticky Story is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, lost packages or VAT charges applied at reception of the products.
Transport or shipping costs are charged separately and are at the expense of the buyer, unless stated otherwise.
The webshop of Sticky Story is a one-woman show and a small business, so we are currently not able to offer refunds or exchanges on any of the products from the online shop.
The name stickers are custom-made which means it can take up to 2 weeks to receive them. Be patient and stick around. If items with different delivery times have been ordered, the longest delivery time will be practised.
